METCALF ESTATES
August 2019
Completed land development project on land with breathtaking views of the Lee Metcalf Reserve near Stevensville, MT. We created a small community environment and prioritized views of the beautiful wildlife reserve, ponds, and picturesque Bitterroot Mountains. All lots sold within 4 weeks of final approval.
SAPPHIRE VALLEY ESTATES

New land development project near Florence, MT. This property sits 3.3 miles off of Eastside highway and offers a complete 360 degree view of the Bitterroot Mountains in the West and the Sapphire Mountains to the East. The property offers direct access to wilderness in less than 1 mile from the property.

We are transforming a landmark building in Florence. Built in the 1940's this building has been a key part of the community. We plan to maintain the historical look and feel of the building while expanding it to support commercial businesses looking for a modern historic aesthetic to serve the 7,000+ residents of Florence Montana.
